Landed ("we", "us") operates the Landed job-search assistant at youlanded.app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide Landed's features: finding relevant jobs, tailoring your CV, surfacing relevant contacts, and showing your application funnel. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your email content for advertising.

Google user data: Limited Use disclosure

Landed's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we only use Gmail data to provide and improve the application-tracking feature you requested; we do not transfer or sell this data; we do not use it for advertising; and humans do not read your email except where required for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

How we store and protect it

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services. Access tokens are encrypted. We apply least-privilege access controls and do not retain raw email content beyond what is needed to derive your funnel.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate Landed (for example, cloud hosting and AI processing to tailor your CV); they process data only on our instructions.

Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect a connected email account at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and all associated data (CVs, profile, application history, and any stored tokens) by contacting us. Deletion removes your data from our systems.
